Girls’ Generation’s audition experiences

Girls’ Generation members Yoona, Sooyoung, Tiffany and Yuri guested in the MBC dramanet show “Three-Color Women Talk Show” and shared their audition experiences.

Yoona shared that she had auditioned “200 times” before finally getting in the trainee program of SM Entertainment.

Tiffany, on the other hand, revealed that she had an unusual casting experience because she was discovered in a restroom in the US. This revelation brought laughter in the studio.

Shinhwa Andy likes pure and innocent girls like YoonA

“I like pure and innocent girls, someone like YoonA.”

Andy from Shinhwa was on MBC “Golden Fishery: Radio Star” on 26th March with Lee Min Woo and confessed about their ideal girl type.

Andy was asked by the MC, “Your ideal celebrity type is?” His initial answer was Kim Tae Hee. But the MC added, “Besides this general answer?” He then answered, “I like So Nyeo Shi Dae members, all of them.” ’

Shin Jung Hwan pressed on further and Andy shly replied, “I like YoonA. I like pure and innocent girls.” Lee Min Woo also said that his preferred celebrity lover would be Kim Tae Hee too. He described her, “She is like my air.”

Andy was asked which movie was uninteresting, Eric’s Diary of June, Minwoo’s Holy Daddy or Dong Wan’s Spin Kick. He said, “Sorry, Dong Wan oppa.”

Yoona Guest Appearance on Drama

SNSD member YoonA is becoming a homeless person.


YoonA is doing a cameo as the homeless girl, MiAe on MBC drama ‘Woman Of Matchless Beauty, Park Jung Geum’ on Episode 19 and 20 airing on April 5th and 6th.This is YoonA’s 3rd time acting. She debuted in MBC drama ‘9 End 2 Outs’ and did a special appearance as the BoolGwangDong seven princesses on KBS2TV Sitcom Unstoppable Marriage.

Tablo, member of the hiphop group Epik High also did a guest appearance in this drama already. In this episode Detective Park JungGeum meets a homeless girl, MiAe and feeling sorry for her, she gives her money and takes her home. She acts like a mom with a warm heart.

YoonA and Bae JongWook will film on the 30th.

Girls to be Ballerinas

Female group SNSD is coming out on KBS Happy Sunday - High Five dressed as ballerinas and is going to compete with the High Five members.

For their 26th job/profession, High Five is challenging ballerinas and they did this at the Universal Ballet in Seoul. They recieved coaching from top ballerina, Kang Aena.

On this day, the producer only told MC Ji SukJin the theme and kept it a secret to the other members until the filming. After the theme was revealed the members were shocked that they had to wear a ballet outfit. After finding out that they will be filming with the pretty and skinny SNSD members they were shocked and embarassed.

The High Five members scolded the SNSD members due to jealousy and envy. SNSD said “This is the first time we got treated like this. But its very fun.”

The Ballerina challenge with the High Five members and SNSD will be aired on March 30th and April 6th as 2 parts.

SNSD Tae Yeon to be Radio DJ

Highly capable entertainer Jo Jung-Rin is leaving MBC FM4U’s ‘Close Friends.’

Jo Jung-Rin, who first grabbed the microphone as a DJ in April of 2004, decided to finish the Spring season and step down from the position she has held for the past four years.

One official at MBC radio said: “For a variety of reasons the withdrawal of Jo Jung-Rin’s position has been decided. SNSD’s Taeyeon is in the strongest position to become the replacement.”

Taeyeon has been confirmed as the new DJ and will have her first broadcast on April 8th.

SJ and SNSD will join Kangta's final concert before serving his military duty

On March 29-30, popular singer Kangta will hold his two final concerts, namely "Eternity," before serving his military duty at Yonsei University.
